The Work Shop Logo

A Central Coast community of growth-driven business owners.

The Work Shop isn’t your average networking group. We’re a structured, referral-focused collective of Central Coast California business owners committed to helping each other grow—professionally and personally.

Our members are more than contacts; they’re collaborators. We exchange high-quality referrals, share real challenges, and push each other toward bold growth, all in a space that values accountability, encouragement, and authenticity.

Our Values

Growth

Whether it’s scaling your business or becoming a better leader, growth is our bottom line. Every meeting is designed to help you reach the next level.

Accountability

Accountability means giving honest feedback and holding space for real progress. It’s not about pressure—it’s about trust and consistency

Referrals

Members actively refer one another because they understand each other’s services, values, and goals—leading to warm, qualified leads that actually convert.

Our Mission

The Work Shop Logo

Our mission is to build a vibrant community where businesses thrive, connections run deep, and everyone is nudged (or shoved) toward becoming their best selves.

Meetups

We meet twice a month—on the first and third Thursday, from 8-9 AM.

Keller Williams Central Coast

350 James Way

First Thursday

Business Growth

On the first Thursday of the month, we go deep into the behind-the-scenes of a member’s business. These sessions feature case studies on how someone in the group is building, marketing, and leading—followed by open discussion on how we can support their continued growth.

Third Thursday

Personal Growth

On the third Thursday of the month, we focus on personal development—because we believe your business can’t outgrow you. Whether we’re hearing from guest speakers or diving into group-led conversations, we discuss conflict resolution, health and wellness, goal setting, and more.
